SOUS CHEF THAI FINE DINING, SWISS SKI LODGE

We are looking for a Sous Chef with excellent experience of authentic Thai cuisine at fine dining level to cook for a group of 47 guests at a luxury ski lodge in Switzerland. Working as part of kitchen team of 4 but with specific responsibility for the Thai menus you will be expected to create exciting fine dining menus of regional Thai food with the skill base and flexibility to adapt to guests’ needs, this might include food allergies, vegetarian and vegan diets, children’s menu etc, standards throughout are exceptionally high.

Dates: 24th January to 3rd February 2020
