I am looking for a talented Sous chef with a proven track-record at Michelin star level for a 24-cover fine dining restaurant located in a luxury private members club in an exclusive Swiss Alpine resort. The venue offers a high-end coffee shop/brasserie, clubhouse bar, micro-brewery and members facilities with plans to include this new fine dining tasting menu for the 2019/20 season

Working out of the main kitchen, run by the Exec Head Chef, you will be a key member of a small team responsible for the creation and delivery of the club’s fine dining tasting menu, dinner only.

The ideal candidate will be a quality driven chef with several years’ experience at Michelin star level, comfortable working within the main kitchen and confident playing a senior role in this exciting new addition to the club’s portfolio.

You must be able to commit to the full season, December-April

Salary: 5000 CHF per month (48 hr week) + tips
