My client is opening an exciting new project in Brentford. This brand-new Restaurant, Grill and Bakery will include a wood-fired pizza oven, rare breed meats cooked over open fire and an onsite bakery/patisserie. We are looking for an experienced pizza chef to run this section. Dishes will be artisan Neapolitan style pizzas using Gilchester flour producing an outstanding organic pizza dough. The role will include duties in the main kitchen with the opportunity to work in the bakery/patisserie too.

The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience creating exceptional pizzas from a wood-fired oven but also capable and happy to work in other areas of the kitchen, with an interest in baking

5-day week straight and split shifts

Salary: £25,000 + tips
