This group of luxury pastry shops with several outlets in central London is looking for a capable pastry CDP to join the team in the company production kitchen. Led by a Michelin star pastry chef the kitchen produces choux, eclairs and chouquette products hand-finished to a very high standard. Flavours, finishes and presentation are all exceptional,


Duties will include pastry preparation, baking, finishing and filling items by hand, supervising other team members and upholding company health & hygiene standards.

5 straight shifts, no overtime, 2 consecutive days off each week

Salary £26,000
