Opening soon this exciting brand-new golf-themed leisure complex that includes a state-of-the-art driving range, two 18 hole adventure golf courses and a knock about 9 hole all weather course is looking for a customer focused kitchen manager to run the kitchen. Open all day the kitchen will serve snacks, wraps and toasties, light meals, pizzas, burgers, coffee, cake and children’s meals that are available in the restaurant or delivered direct to your driving range bay. This is modern high-volume catering but not fast food.


As Kitchen Manager you will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the day to day running of your kitchen including:

  • All food production, stock management & wastage
  • Menu development, daily specials & quality assurance
  • Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation
  • Food safety & hygiene.
  • Maintain a 5* hygiene rating
  • The kitchen budget and GP
  • Staff training & retention


We are looking for an enthusiastic chef with experience of high-volume catering, well organised and meticulous, with excellent attention to detail and strong kitchen management.

46 hours over 5 days

Salary: £36,000, extra paid hours available during the peak season
