Kitchen Assistant All-Day Restaurant, Motorway Hotel

This international hotel brand has an immediate vacancy for a keen Kitchen Assistant at their hotel on the M40 in Oxfordshire. This high-volume all-day restaurant serves breakfast, lunches and snacks, the pub classics, steaks, salads, and sides etc. Food is a mix of fresh and frozen with some items ready-made.

You will be expected to work in all areas of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef. Duties will include food preparation and cooking and compliance with company and statutory regulations and legislation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable kitchen assistant, punctual, customer focused and keen to learn. Previous experience in a high-volume branded outlet would be an advantage.

• Salary: £12 an hour
