My client is an award-winning luxury chocolate company with an international reputation for the quality and innovation of its fresh truffles, caramels, ganaches and artisan bars. We are looking for a Head Chocolatier to lead and manage the team, create new products, and oversee all aspects of production.

 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • All chocolate production
  • Running the kitchen on a daily basis
  • Training and lead the team
  • Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation
  • Scheduling production & meeting targets
  • Ordering ingredients and managing stock
  • Creating new products
  • Maintaining the brand standard for quality

 

The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in the luxury handmade chocolate sector including work in a production environment with a high level of technical expertise, excellent attention to detail and creative flair. This is a head of department role and part of the senior management, you will be expected to contribute to company strategy, ensure best practice and be a brand Ambassador for the company.

 

Mon-Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
