This award-winning Modern Irish Hospitality cocktail bar and kitchen is looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. The bar is also known to serve the best draught Guinness in London, the food menu is very gastropub based and includes some Irish nuance, bar snacks and pub classics. There are plans to really drive a weekend Saturday brunch menu (not bottomless) and a Sunday Roast that feeds and exceeds expectations.

 

As Head Chef you will be leading a team of 4 with responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of your kitchen including:

  • All food production, stock management & wastage
  • Menu development, daily specials & quality assurance
  • Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation
  • Staff training & retention
  • Food safety & hygiene
  • The kitchen budget and GP

 

The ideal candidate will be a solid all-round professional chef with several years’ experience in the pub sector, flexible, even tempered, and customer focused, ready to grow with the company as it opens new branches.

 45 hour week
