This award-winning Irish cocktail bar and kitchen is looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. The bar serves draught Guinness, cocktails and boilermakers, the menu is very gastropub based and includes some Irish specials, sharing platters and pub classics. There are plans to launch a weekend Brunch menu and Sunday Roast.


As Head Chef you will be leading a team of 4 with responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of your kitchen including:

  • All food production, stock management & wastage
  • Menu development, daily specials & quality assurance
  • Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation
  • Staff training & retention
  • Food safety & hygiene
  • The kitchen budget and GP


The ideal candidate will be a solid all-round professional chef with several years’ experience in the pub sector, flexible, even tempered, and customer focused


45 hour week

Salary: £35,000 inclusive of service charge
