Situated in one of London’s parks this 150-cover independent all-day café/restaurant has an immediate vacancy for an enthusiastic Head Chef to run the kitchen. Serving breakfasts, coffees, light lunches and snacks, the café offers both eat-in and a grab & go options with extended evening hours in the summer, informal park dining, pizzas and live music. The food and dishes are fresh and thoughtfully crafted, and the café gets very busy at peak times.

We are looking for a well-organised Head Chef capable of running an efficient all-day kitchen, leading by example and training staff. You must be comfortable taking direction from the business owners and be able to operate as a member of a management team working to the same end goals, with customer experience being paramount.

Previous experience in a similar high-volume fresh food unit is essential.

Open from 8.00am till Dusk

Salary: £17 an hour
