We are looking for a competent Head Chef for a 2-month summer role at a hotel near St Andrews, from July to August, prior to the hotel’s renovation.

Catering for residents, guests and players in town for the R&A 150th Golf Open tournament the dinner concept is a street food collaboration of Asian bowls, Bao Buns and Burgers and there will be separate event evenings for up to 100 over 4 nights. Continental Breakfast will be supplemented with a short a la carte menu.

Our ideal candidate You will be a solid all-round chef, strong leadership skills and a dynamic, positive approach. The role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge and making work fun whilst being commercially astute and efficient across inventory and staff management. You should welcome responsibility and have a passion for quality produce and presentation and attention to detail regarding kitchen hygiene and organisation.

£5,000 a month, accommodation is included.
