This very well-established private members club in St James’ has an immediate vacancy for a Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie to strengthen the brigade. Serving lunch and dinner to members from Monday to Friday only the kitchen serves a classical British menu that changes daily. Food provenance and seasonality are high on the agenda with only the very best produce being served. This includes plenty of game in season starting with Grouse on the Glorious 12th. Everything is made in house from scratch, so this kitchen is always busy.

We are looking for enthusiastic chefs with  strong all-round kitchen skills, a love of classical dining and excellent attention to detail. You will have restaurant experience cooking to AA Rosette standard, be well-mannered, punctual and above all keen to learn. The Head Chef comes from an impeccable fine dining background and expects a lot from his team.

The brigade of 10 work split shifts 9.00 to 2.30 & 5.30 to 9.30pm, standards throughout are exceptionally high.

Salary up to £22,000 per annum relevant to experience + staff bonus
