Chefs All Levels New Fine Dining Hotel Opening

We have a number of vacancies from Commis to Junior Sous Chef level, including Pastry CDP and breakfast chefs, for an exciting new 150 bed hotel kitchen opening in central London later this month. Working out of a brand-new state of the art kitchen, that includes a large wood fired grill, you will be part of a brigade of 30 chefs servicing a 70-cover fine dining restaurant, 2 bars, hotel breakfasts, weekend brunch, afternoon teas, functions and events and room service. Cuisine is modern British and seasonal with everything made in-house from scratch, standards throughout are high.

We are looking for enthusiastic chefs, up to date with modern cooking techniques, flexible and quality driven with experience cooking to 2 AA rosette minimum or Michelin standard.

The Head Chef comes from an impeccable fine dining background, leads by example and expects a lot from his team.

45-hour week over 5 days
