Japanese Izakaya Style Restaurant

  • General Manager £35 to 43K
  • Head Chef £40 to 45K
  • Sushi chef £30K

 

Michelin Star Japanese Restaurant 

  • CDP £23K
  • Sous Chef £35K

 

Japanese Fusion & Fine Dining Restaurant

  • Sushi chef up to 45K relevant to experience
  • Senior chef  £35K

 

Other Fine Dining Japanese Restaurants in London

  • No experience of Japanese cuisine but keen to learn £22K
  • Junior Chef with 1 to 2 years’ experience £25K

 

Candidates will have relevant experience working with Sushi and/or Hot Kitchen work in either fine dining or Izakaya restaurants

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
  • Several years relevant experience
  • Creative flair
  • Excellent attention to detail

Most of these roles are a 48-hour week over 5 days
