Japanese Izakaya Style Restaurant
- General Manager £35 to 43K
- Head Chef £40 to 45K
- Sushi chef £30K
Michelin Star Japanese Restaurant
Japanese Fusion & Fine Dining Restaurant
- Sushi chef up to 45K relevant to experience
- Senior chef £35K
Other Fine Dining Japanese Restaurants in London
- No experience of Japanese cuisine but keen to learn £22K
- Junior Chef with 1 to 2 years’ experience £25K
Candidates will have relevant experience working with Sushi and/or Hot Kitchen work in either fine dining or Izakaya restaurants
Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
- Several years relevant experience
- Creative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
Most of these roles are a 48-hour week over 5 days
