This very well established multi award-winning 100 cover restaurant has an immediate vacancy for a talented Chef de Partie to strengthen the brigade. The restaurant has a reputation for serving a very high quality unique product, offering great experience in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, as well as expert training in dietary restrictive cooking. The restaurant also offers a range of retail products and operates a successful outside catering business too. Menus are fresh, seasonal and innovative, standards throughout are high.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to organise your own prep, run your section during service, supervise other staff and work elsewhere in the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and self-motivated professional chef with strong all round kitchen skills, a “can do” attitude to work and the ability to follow precise recipes.

This is a 5-day week (48 hour) straight shifts

Salary: £21,000 + Tronc
