My client is an exclusive members-only sports club with a well-equipped kitchen serving lunch and dinner to members and guests 7 days a week. Menus change regularly and are modern British cuisine geared to the seasons. Everything is fresh and made in house. Once Covid restrictions are relaxed this will include members events and functions for up to 100. This could be buffet, banquet or canape service.

We are looking for a strong all-round Chef de Partie with the skill base to move about the kitchen as needed, at home in a small team, capable of running your section during service, working unsupervised and organising your own prep. You must be comfortable working in an open plan kitchen, happy to interact with members, personable and presentable at all times observing all current Covid regulations and company policy.

40 hours over 5 days straight shifts.

Salary: Good package for the right candidate
