This brand new 70-cover restaurant situated in an historic 55-acre hotel and leisure complex just outside the M25 has an immediate vacancy for a Chef de Partie to join the team. The entire site has been beautifully refurbished and includes 2 new restaurants. Much of the menu is cooked over open fire and includes whole animal butchery, an onsite bakery, and a farm to fork menu with everything made in house from scratch, much of the produce is sourced direct from the estate. The team is young, focused and work hard

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable CDP, up to date with modern cooking techniques, even-tempered and quality driven with the skill base to move about the kitchen as needed.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
  • Relevant experience in a similar fresh food environment.
  • Creative flair & attention to detail
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Meticulous, organised and punctual

 

The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in a similar busy fresh food environment including cooking over open fire, resilient and self-aware with a CV that demonstrates loyalty and commitment.

5-day week. Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday off every week.

Staff Taxi to and from local train stations

Starting salary: £24,000 + Tronc

Own transport would be an advantage
