This 45-bedroom Country Manor Hotel located in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex has an immediate vacancy for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to strengthen the team

The hotel has a 40-cover fine dining restaurant, bar and function suites and is a popular licensed wedding venue. The kitchen also caters for breakfasts,  bar snacks and light lunches, day delegates, conferences, afternoon teas, and room service.

As Chef de Partie your key responsibilities will be:

  • Run your own section during service
  • Organize your own prep
  • Work as directed by the Head Chef
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality assurance, food prep and cooking

We are looking for an enthusiastic chef with fine dining and function experience cooking to AA Rosette standard, reliable and punctual, customer focused, self-motivated and above all keen to learn

40-hour week over 5 days (straight & split shifts)

Own transport is essential due to location.

Salary: up to £21,000 + Weekly Cash Tips & Monthly Card Tips + Staff Uniform

Live in option is available in brand new staff accommodation.
