
Chef de Partie, Boutique Beach Hotel
Situated right on the beach this 20-bed privately owned award-winning hotel and spa has a vacancy for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team.
The hotel is an oasis for peace and wellness and caters for hotel guests, wedding parties, private functions and non-resident diners. The 50-cover restaurant has 2AA rosettes. The menu is shaped by the seasons and showcases local suppliers, organic meat, fish straight from the quay, game in season, hunters & foragers. The Head Chef has a very craft-led approach to cooking, farm to fork, so this kitchen is always busy. The team is young, focused and work hard, standards throughout are high.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable CDP, up to date with modern cooking techniques, even-tempered, quality driven and capable of running your own section during service.
Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience

- Relevant experience in a similar fresh food environment.
- Creative flair & attention to detail
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Meticulous, organised and punctual
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar busy fresh food environment, be resilient and self-aware with a “can do” attitude and above all keen to learn.

Starting salary: £26,000 -£30,000 relevant to experience + bonus scheme
