This well-established artisan bakery has a vacancy for a reliable Chef de Partie to join the team. The bakery produces sourdoughs and speciality breads as well as croissants, a full range of Viennoiserie and brioche supplying independent high-end cafes, restaurants and some retail outlets with high quality traditionally baked produce. Everything is finished by hand with an obsessive eye for detail, which is what has gained this bakery's reputation as one of the best in London.

We have an immediate vacancy for a CDP. Duties will include all aspects of the preparation, baking and finishing of a full range of croissants and breakfast items, breads, sourdoughs and speciality loaves in line with daily production targets.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Passion & enthusiasm for pastry, bread & raw ingredients
• Previous experience of baking and pastry
• Excellent attention to detail

5-day week straight shifts (this does include night work))

Interviews will include a cooking trial

Previous experience in a commercial patisserie or bakery would be an advantage
