CHEF DE PARTIE INNOVATIVE RESTAURANT-MICHELIN BIB GOURMAND
This innovative 60 cover multi award winning restaurant in South London has an immediate vacancy for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team. Using the very latest cooking techniques this kitchen produces everything in house including artisan sourdough, its own charcuterie, Koji and home fermentation, curing, home smoking etc. Working in a team of 6 chefs you will be expected to run your section during service, organise your own prep and work elsewhere in the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef. The kitchen team are young, hard working, quality driven and customer focused.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable chef with strong all round kitchen skills, excellent attention to detail and a real passion for food.
The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in a similar fresh food environment cooking to 2AA rosette standard, self aware, punctual and above all keen to learn.
Salary £26,000 + tronc
