Job Description


We are looking for a reliable Commis Chef of Demi Chef de Partie for a Peruvian fine dining restaurant in London’s West End

Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week the restaurant serves cutting edge Peruvian and Latin American cuisine with contemporary Mediterranean influences with the focus on fresh produce and innovative presentation whilst staying true to the culture and cuisine of the region. Everything is prepared in-house from scratch, so this kitchen is always busy. Standards throughout are high.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
• Relevant experience in a busy fresh food environment.
• Up to date with modern cooking techniques
• Creative flair & attention to detail
• Keen to learn
• Team player with a strong work ethic

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and self-motivated chef with strong all-round kitchen skills and a “can do” attitude to work. Experience cooking to 2 AA Rosette standard (minimum) is essential.

The Head Chef has a strong Michelin star background, leads by example and expects a lot from his team

Previous experience of Peruvian cuisine is not essential

Interviews will include a cooking trial
