Job Title Sauce Chef Production Kitchen

Job Description


We are looking for a well organised chef to batch cook the company sauces in a new production kitchen making chilled food wraps for the ready-meals market. The 3 special sauces are produced in volume and are subject to rigorous quality control and health & safety monitoring before being blast chilled for storage.

Key responsibilities

• Produce the company sauces exactly to the recipe, be able to scale-up batches according to requirement.
• Maintain health & safety documentation during the process.
• Be able to handle and operate a Bratt pan
• Accurate weighing of ingredients
• Maintain your work area to the company hygiene standard

Other duties will include

• Work on the line assembly including wrapping, packing and labelling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety standards.

40 hours per week. 6:30am to 2:30pm.

Salary: £10 per hour

Free parking on site
