CHEF DE PARTIE LUXURY IN-FLIGHT CATERING
My client provides bespoke luxury in-flight catering for the private jet market. Menus are created using the very finest ingredients, prepared and finished to a very high standard and dispatched within 24 hours. We have an immediate vacancy for a talented Chef de Partie to strengthen the team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie with solid all-round kitchen skills, a knowledge of contemporary world cuisine and several years’ experience in fine dining cooking to AA rosette standard, self-aware, punctual and above all keen to learn. A thorough understanding of food safety procedures is essential and the ability to work alone unsupervised
The Head Chef comes from a fine dining background, leads by example and expects a lot from his team.
This role is predominantly early shifts 05.00 to 13.00
Own transport recommended due to location
A Current Food Hygiene Certificate and Driving Licence are essential
Interviews will include a cooking trial
