Leading a brigade of 4 you will be responsible, and accountable, for all aspects of the day to day running of your kitchen including

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and self-aware professional chef with strong all-round kitchen skills and a sound knowledge of modern and traditional European cuisine. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar busy fresh food environment as Head Chef or Senior Sous with a keen eye for detail and a cool head for service, this kitchen gets very busy at peak times. You must be comfortable working with the owners on developing the business and introducing fresh thinking to the menu, take pride in ensuring that your kitchen is well maintained and have a customer focused “can do “attitude. You will have a proven track record in kitchen management including a thorough understanding of kitchen budgets and GP’s
