CHEF DE PARTIE HOTEL & RESTAURANT

This 110-bedroom 4-star hotel has an immediate vacancy for a reliable Chef de Partie to strengthen the team. Serving a fine dining restaurant, 60 cover brasserie, afternoon teas, functions, weddings and room service this kitchen is always busy

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to organize your own prep, run your section during service, supervise other staff and work elsewhere in the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef.

Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
• Relevant experience in a busy fresh food environment.
• Up to date with modern cooking techniques
• Creative flair & attention to detail
• Keen to learn
• Team player with a strong work ethic

We are looking for an enthusiastic chef with good all-round kitchen skills, a flexible “can do” attitude and a real passion for cooking; adaptable, self-aware and punctual.

Interviews will include a cooking trial

5-day split shifts
