HEAD CHEF KENTISH BISTRO
This very well-respected award-winning Kentish Bistro is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen and make a major contribution to the continued growth of the business over the next few years.
The owners are passionate about locally sourced, seasonal produce and have long-standing relationships with some of Kent’s best and most respected suppliers. All food is prepared on site and cooked with integrity from a small but well-organized kitchen. Home smoking, nose to tail butchery, farm vegetables, dayboat fish all feature, this kitchen is always busy.
We are looking for a talented professional, self-aware and even-tempered. Someone with a passion for food and quality who thrives on the pressure of a busy service and is an excellent kitchen manager and team leader.
