The restaurant will seat up to 65 with a covered terrace and bar, serving innovative contemporary international cuisine to a high standard in a casual chic setting. The menu will showcase local and seasonal produce and will include home smoked meat and fish, plat du jour, tapas style dishes for sharing with options for vegan/vegetarian diets too.
As Chef de Partie your key responsibilities will be:
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef with experience cooking to AA Rosette standard with the skill set to move about the kitchen as needed.
Previous experience working in France and a good level of spoken French would be an advantage
